Since I published and sold out of the the first Key Biscayne book in 2012, I’ve had many people asking me where they can purchase a copy and I’ve had to say the only copies left belong to my 3 daughters–for whom I had originally created the book. But this year, in accordance to the demand and enthusiasm, I’ve decided to publish a second edition of the KB Book, which includes many new and original shots.

Luckily, the island hasn’t changed that much. It still has the same charm that it always had, since 40 years ago when I first visited it, fell in love with its essence and decided I wanted to raise my kids there. 20 years later, Key Biscayne is as it always has been, a haven for families and young people to enjoy; full of golf carts, beaches, children running around, and beautiful vegetation sprouting everywhere. Now we see new up and coming new activities (like soccer, which has become very important), the construction of a new dog park, as well as a few new buildings. Yet, the essence remains the same: Key Biscayne is still an Island Paradise.

This is why I decided to commemorate the Island, perpetuating it through an homage to the place where so many raised their families and started their lives.
